We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Grid Integration and Grid Automation businesses locally in Spain, while collaborating with our Global HR Team on exciting projects. Your responsibilities

  • Culture & Strategic HR Support: Work on both operational and strategic tasks with a focus on people, culture, and organization. Understand business needs and proactively suggest HR solutions that add value while ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Performance Management: Apply global performance standards, KPIs, and targets to foster a high-performance culture. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on key people management activities.
  • Talent & Leadership Development: Partner with leaders to identify and build talent bench strength. Utilize Our Leadership Pillars and Diversity360 to shape culture and behaviors, connecting people to potential. Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance technical and leadership competencies in collaboration with HR Talent teams.
  • Labor Relations & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and union representatives. Address current issues through HR practices, processes, and policies to maintain compliance and engagement.
  • HR Governance & Standards: Ensure adherence to global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations and project execution.
  • Support project execution in staffing: Collaborate with project execution by ensuring appropriate staffing in coordination with managers, talent acquisition and global mobility for project workers mobilization based.
  • HR Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day HR activities requiring HRBP intervention. Support managers in handling HR data and leveraging dashboards and reports for decision-making.
  • Additional Projects: Participate in projects that support business growth and transformation.

Your background:

  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
  • It is a plus if you have leadership and/or HR-experience from previous roles
  • Knowledge of Spanish local Labor market, legislations and policies
  • Sound understanding of business drivers, and how best to utilize HR as a business partner
  • Excellent command in Spanish and English is a must, both written and spoken.
  • Negotiation skills with good capability to achieve understanding to influence others, Capability to prioritize work tasks, communicate clearly and anchor with stakeholders
  • You are flexible, persistent and have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate well with others in a high-paced environment
