The opportunity
You will join a regional Corporate Affairs team with a strong voice in Latin America.
In this role, you will shape how public policy and regulation evolve around the energy sector.
You will work closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
Your work will influence decisions that matter for sustainable infrastructure and energy systems.
This is a senior role with regional exposure and high strategic visibility.
You will grow your leadership scope and strengthen your impact across LATAM.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead regional government relations and public affairs strategies in LATAM.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings with governments and regulators.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory and policy developments across the region.
- Develop position papers, briefings, and scenario analyses for leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions and industry associations.
- Support strategic projects involving permits, incentives, and public consultations.
- Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide guidance during sensitive or crisis situations involving authorities
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, Political Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in government relations or public affairs.
- Proven experience working with regulators and public institutions in LATAM.
- Experience in multinational or regulated industries such as energy or infrastructure.
- Strong leadership experience across multiple countries.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
