  • Lead the task of sharing best practices across different departments, facilitating knowledge transfer, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits to evaluate the quality and completeness of documented processes, identify gaps, and make necessary updates to ensure the documentation is up to date.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including individual contributors and senior management, to ensure their engagement and support in knowledge management initiatives, advocating for the value of knowledge management and driving adoption of best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on knowledge management tools and practices, including the utilization of technology solutions like Chatbots for efficient knowledge dissemination and retrieval.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, Information Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Overall experience of 12+ years including 3 - 5 years as a business analyst in the Automation domain or as a senior process SME in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain or HR.
