IT/OT Specialist - Factory Operations

How you'll make an impact
- Provide onsite IT support for factory-owned and managed assets.
- Support end users and maintain IT equipment in collaboration areas.
- Act as a first responder for cybersecurity tasks related to IT/OT assets.
- Troubleshoot and maintain shop-floor technologies such as kiosks, scanners and vendor machines.
- Monitor OT systems and escalate abnormal or risky behavior.
- Install, configure and validate security patches on critical assets.
- Work with vendors to ensure secure and compliant system configurations.
- Implement security measures under direction from global cybersecurity teams.
Your background
- Formal qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar technical roles.
- Proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Windows and iOS.
- Knowledge of ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in operational environments.
