IT/OT Solution Developer

The opportunity

We're looking for a passionate IT/OT Solution Developer to join our transformation journey as we shift from project-based delivery to modern, product-oriented systems. Our cross-functional team is growing from five to nearly fifteen within a year, creating a dynamic environment where novel ideas and collaboration thrive.

In this role, you'll help design and structure the system solutions our global project teams rely on. You'll assess the current setup and restructure the base solution to optimize effort, creating platform components that can work both independently and integrated. Designed and developed components must be tested and integrated to ensure correct service delivery to our customers. By creating documentation, you'll support your team and project team with traceability discipline and recording configuration governance. Working at the intersection of IT and OT, you'll tackle real challenges, build scalable services, and influence how we innovate and collaborate.

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop components that deliver services within the IT/OT platform.
  • Translate technical solution criteria into clear, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Support versioning, baseline control, and enforce configuration governance standards.
  • Provide insights to improve existing processes and design new ones.
  • Establish a systematic approach to solution design, transforming monolithic codebases into modular, reusable services.
  • Virtualize the execution and simulation environment that helps reducing the cost of infrastructure.

Your background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in C#, with experience in Python and other scripting languages.
  • Proven ability to write clear and effective technical documentation.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
  • Skilled in testing code and creating test cases for developed components.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems; knowledge of HMI and SCADA is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity is desirable but not mandatory.
