How you'll make an impact

1. You will manage purchase requests for IT hardware, software, and services, execute purchase orders in line with approved budgets and sourcing guidelines also ensure timely delivery and resolve order-related issues with suppliers.

2. You will act as the main contact for suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoicing, by support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier data in procurement systems and escalate supplier performance issues to category managers or supplier management teams.

3. You will ensure adherence to procurement policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records of transactions and approvals in procurement systems and support audits and reporting requirements.

4. You will identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements also collaborate with category managers to implement tactical sourcing strategies.

5. You will monitor market trends for IT products and services to optimize purchasing decisions.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree.

2. Required with 4-8 years in procurement, preferably in IT purchasing, familiarity with IT products, licensing models, and service agreements.

3. Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba), basic understanding of IT contract terms and vendor governance.
