IT Project Manager, Manufacturing

As an IT Project Manager, you will drive projects that support manufacturing operations and business objectives. You will lead a portfolio of initiatives, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across multiple locations. Your work will directly contribute to improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and digital capabilities.

How you'll make an impact
- Lead IT projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate business, technology, and manufacturing stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and governance reviews.
- Monitor project performance and communicate progress effectively.
- Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Support project teams with requirements and solution planning.
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
- Experience working in manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record delivering projects across global organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP, ServiceNow SPPM, Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.
