Hitachi Platforms and Applications (P&A) plan, build and operate platforms and common applications for Hitachi Energy Markets, Business Units and Global Functions. P&A is supported by few external strategic partners for the delivery of Applications Management Services (AMS).
We are looking for a program manager to manage, strengthen and continuously improve these strategic partnerships:
- Establish and moderate governance with the partners
- Review roadmap progresses and delivery quality
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead resulting projects
- Own RAID register, define and monitor mitigations
- Monitor business value realization resulting from partnerships
- Coach internal teams to improve interactions with partners
- Manage stakeholders' communication
Key requirements:
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Organizational Change Management
- Strategic conceptual thinking
- Financial savvy
- ITIL foundation / Lean 6 Sigma / PMP certifications would be plus
Experience:
- More than 10 years working in the IT industry with significant experience in managing AMS programs
- Experience in driving partnership between industrial companies and external IT partners
