IT Governance Manager

You will operationalize and continuously improve the Hitachi Energy IT Governance framework, ensuring that governance structures, policies and decision processes remain effective, efficient and consistently applied across internal IT teams and external delivery partners

How you will make an impact

• Operationalize and maintain the IT Governance framework
• Assess effectiveness and efficiency of IT governance policies and processes
• Drive continuous improvement and simplification of governance
• Support consistent governance application across IT
• Maintain governance bodies, mandates, decision rights, policies and procedures
• Coordinate governance forums and ensure decisions and actions are followed through
• Regularly assess governance effectiveness and identify gaps, overlaps or unnecessary complexity
• Update policies and governance mechanisms based on organizational or operating-model changes
• Support IT departments in applying governance requirements
• Ensure relevant governance expectations are reflected in interactions with strategic vendors and service providers
• Coordinate with IT-Leadership, Architecture, PPM, Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity and other stakeholders involved
• in IT Governance

Your Background

• 7+ years of professional working experience in IT Governance area
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and organizational decision structures
• Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified below is as follows:

Italy Milan: starting from 62 200 Euros gross per year as minimum salary

The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
