IT Data Governance Expert

The Opportunity:

This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality, integrity, security, and compliance of our IT data assets. You will be at the forefront of defining and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and standards, bridging strategy and execution to enable data-driven decision-making and regulatory adherence across the organization. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Governance Framework & Policy Development:
  Establish and maintain IT data governance frameworks, policies, dictionaries and standards. Ensure compliance and act as IT Domain Data Steward. Enable technically ServiceNOW as the source of IT Data and the tool to manage IT Data Governance policy adherence.
• Data Quality & Lifecycle Management:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data governance, IT data management, or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, metadata management, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Data suite, including CMDB, CSDM, Health-score, and Data Governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and teams.
• Fluent English is a must.
