IT Business Analyst SFDC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple global Salesforce initiatives within a complex, integrated enterprise environment. This role plays a key part in translating business needs into clear, high-quality requirements and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with global IT teams and vendor partners.
How you will make an impact
- Lead end-to-end business analysis and requirements management
- Translate complex needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders
- Support multiple projects simultaneously and guide vendor Business Analysts
- Participate in UAT planning, solution validation, and functional acceptance
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
- Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, including SAP, MuleSoft, eCommerce platforms, Conga, and related systems
- Ability to assess impacts, validate data flows, and challenge solution designs
- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
- Proven experience in Salesforce programs and multi-system integrations
- Experience working in global, multi-vendor delivery models
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with process-mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart)
- UAT and cross-platform testing experience
