Internship - Talent Acquisition

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This 4-month internship (March-June) is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and employer branding activities. You will work closely Talent Partners to support hiring activities.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Supporting initial candidate screenings and reviewing CVs
• Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Posting job ads and supporting employer branding initiatives
• Preparing recruitment & hiring documents, summaries, and reports

Your Background

• Currently a university student, graduating in summer 2026 or later
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and working with people
• Good English communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork mindset
