Internship - Procurement with English

The opportunity

We are looking for a Procurement Intern with fluency in English. In this role you will support our Procurement team in delivering high level services to our internal customers. You will closely collaborate with Procurement Managers, Procurement Team Members and internal stakeholders across Europe.

We are offering a paid internship with the option to work remotely or from the office, depending on your preference (office is located in the heart of Cracow, on Pawia street). You can work 25-40h per week, with flexible working hours. If you are interested in gaining professional experience while continuing your studies, we are waiting for your application!

How you'll make a difference

• Support the team in day-to-day responsibilities related to procure to pay process (purchase orders creation in the system, confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and tracking supplier performance)
• Perform data entry and data verification tasks
• Communicate with suppliers, buyers, technicians, project managers and production planners via email and via phone

Your background

• You are a university student graduating in summer 2026 or later
• You are interested in Supply Chain activities (no prior experience required)
• You are proficient in English (B2+)
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP tools is a plus
• You are proactive, organized and have good attention to detail
• You have strong communication skills
