How you'll make an impact

• Preparation of financial analysis and reports for IT departments (actuals vs budget, forecast vs actuals), incl. data reconciliation and gap analysis
• Management of purchase order process, surety of invoice posting and on-time payment
• Cost control with a focus on internal resource cost
• Support with preparation of monthly management reporting
• Support with IT charging processes
• Communication with local units and functional representatives, close collaboration with procurement and accounts payable team
• Be part of a team which builds up a new project controlling structure, support with the design, roll out activities and implementation of process improvements
• Learning to use IT tools such as Power BI, Power Query and SAP

• You are a university student (preferable at least 2nd year, Finance, Controlling or Economics)
• You are an open and communicative person
• You know English on at least C1 level
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• You are detail-oriented, well-structured, and responsible, with strong analytical skills
• You are a problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and proactive personality
