Internship - Indirect Procurement with English

The opportunity

We are looking for a Procurement Intern fluent in English to join our Indirect Materials and Services team. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality procurement services to internal customers while contributing to global Indirect initiatives. You will work closely with other Indirect Procurement Global Teams and a wide range of stakeholders across different business functions and regions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain international exposure by collaborating with diverse businesses, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams worldwide.

How you'll make a difference

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams across different regions to ensure smooth procurement operations
• Assist in resolving Purchase Order and Invoice related issues in cooperation with Procurement, Accounts Payable and other internal teams
• Support supplier master data management (MDG), including vendor creation, updates, and extensions in line with internal procedures
• Support process improvement initiatives and the implementation of procurement tools and platforms (e.g., Omnichannel, Ariba, Celonis)
• Monitor and analyze procurement processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency
• Provide operational and administrative support to the global Indirect Materials and Services teams in line with business priorities

• You are a university student graduating in 2027 or later
• You are interested in Supply Chain activities (prior experience - nice to have)
• You are proficient in English (B2)
• You are interested in learning to use new IT tools, including SAP
• You are proactive, organized and have good attention to detail
• You have strong communication skills
