The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Power Conversion Engineering team and support Engineering Management in strengthening and governing our engineering processes.
How you'll make an impact
- Support the definition and improvement of engineering processes and workflows
- Help maintain process documentation, guidelines, and templates
- Support process governance and continuous improvement activities
- Coordinate inputs and follow up actions across engineering teams
- Contribute to digitalization and standardization initiatives
Your background
- Student in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
- Interest in engineering processes and technology
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
