Internship - Controlling Department

The opportunity

In this role you will support out team in delivering services for Technology Center located in Krakow. It is a great opportunity for you to work in international environment. To do so you will closely collaborate with our community, Managers, TC members and internal stakeholders across the globe.

How you'll make a difference

• Support the team in preparing basic financial analyses (e.g., cost calculations)
• Assist in reporting R&D data - collecting information and sharing it with the team
• Participate in project cost control - help identify deviations
• Collaborate on the process of managing R&D and order-related costs (e.g., entering data into the system, verifying invoices)
• Assist in preparing financial reports and in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support month-end closing activities (e.g., compiling data, simple postings)
• Communicate with the finance team and other departments regarding budget and forecast processes

Your background

• Student status (preferred fields: finance, accounting, economics)
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis
• Willingness to learn accounting and financial controlling principles
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work with data
• Good communication skills and readiness to work in a team
• English and Polish proficiency sufficient for working with documentation
