How you'll make an impact

• You will assist in production planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely execution of manufacturing orders.
• You will support material requirement planning (MRP) and follow-up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• You will monitor inventory levels and help identify potential shortages or excess stock situations.
• You will coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and warehouses) to ensure smooth material flow.
• You will track order fulfillment status and provide updates on delivery schedules and support data preparation and reporting for key KPIs such as lead time, inventory level, and on-time delivery.
• You will assist in SAP system transactions related to planning and procurement activities, also follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and resolve basic supply issues.
• You will participate in continuous improvement activities related to planning and supply chain processes also maintain accurate documentation and records for planning and purchasing activities.
• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• You hold a bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in production planning, procurement, and supply chain operations.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic analysis).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
• Basic level of English communication (written and verbal).
