Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System Leader (Digital Transformation)
The opportunity
Powering a more sustainable energy future takes more than great technology-it takes teams who continuously improve how work gets done. At Hitachi Energy, this role brings together Lean operating system practices and digital enablement to create measurable, lasting progress across a factory value chain. You'll be at the center of transformation in Jefferson City, partnering across functions to reduce waste, strengthen daily management, and turn operational data into clear priorities and faster decisions.
If you enjoy blending hands-on improvement work with modern tools-like Power BI and low-code apps-to elevate performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost, this is a chance to build momentum that people can feel every day on the floor and in the numbers. You'll lead Kaizens, coach teams, and help create an improvement culture where transparency, learning, and practical experimentation are part of the way work happens-day after day.
