Installed Base Manager GPG Service (f/m/d)

About the Position

As Installed Base Manager GPG Service, you will own the business logic and governance behind our global installed base ecosystem across High Voltage and Transformer products. Your focus is to ensure asset and service data are accurate, connected, and scalable throughout the entire lifecycle, enabling service growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making. Acting as the bridge between Service, Product Management, Sales, Digital, Data, and IT, you will translate installed base intelligence into tangible business value.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Own and continuously improve the service lifecycle framework, linking products, assets, maintenance strategies, service opportunities, field service execution, and customer value creation
• Drive the quality, consistency, and governance of installed base data to support analytics, maintenance planning, and service growth initiatives
• Establish and promote global standards, ensuring harmonized business processes across product portfolios and regions
• Shape the strategic development of OneIB, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve opportunity identification, service planning, and decision support
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities and maximize business impact

• Degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in asset lifecycle management, service operations, or service business models within industrial or infrastructure environments
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data governance, business process design, and lifecycle modeling
• Familiarity with installed base management, CRM, ERP, and field service management environments (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, OneIB, DPS, or similar platforms)
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
• Passion for digital transformation, AI-driven solutions, and service business growth
