How You'll Make an Impact

  • Receive, identify, and inspect materials to verify compliance with quality requirements.
  • Support PPAP activities and annual supplier evaluations.
  • Monitor processes, procedures, and quality standards for materials and components.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to identify root causes and support the implementation of effective solutions.
  • Analyze inspection data and information to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
  • Use measurement and inspection equipment to verify established specifications and tolerances.
  • Maintain quality records and documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement in all activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • High school diploma or technical degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and incoming quality inspection.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of measurement and inspection equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Strong data analysis, numerical calculation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
