Inbound Delivery Specialist

The opportunity
Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team in Sevlievo, Bulgaria. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers, systems and internal teams.
How you'll make an impact:
- Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents;
- Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials;
- Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement;
- Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders;
- Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy's purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers;
- Coordinate the inbound delivery data flow from purchase order through SAP modules until the delivery is booked .
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in logistics or purchasing;
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written);
- Hands-on experience with SAP logistics or purchasing modules;
- Knowledge of transport terminology, regulations and incoterms;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset.
