Import/ Export Receiving and Shipping Coordinator
The opportunity

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
- Coordinate international import and export shipments end-to-end
- Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately
- Partner with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintain detailed and compliant transaction records
- Conduct audits to improve shipping accuracy and efficiency
- Support hazardous materials compliance with global standards
- Collaborate across teams to optimize supply chain performance
Your background
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, import/export, or related field
- Solid understanding of customs regulations, HTS codes, and incoterms
- Experience preparing import/export documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Effective communication skills; English fluency required
