HSE Intern
The opportunity:
Kick-start your career in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by joining Hitachi Energy as an HSE Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the HSE team to support initiatives that enhance workplace safety, health, and environmental performance. You will gain hands-on experience in applying HSE best practices, supporting risk management activities, and contributing to programs that drive continuous improvement across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry experts while helping advance Hitachi Energy's ambition of achieving world-class HSE performance.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will support document audit in Health, Safety & Environment.
- You will support to prepare document training activities the company Induction training for all new hires, Environment trainings for all ER (Environment Representative); training for service contractors.
- You will support to organize environmental training course to in line with legal such as: Chemical management, Emergency response,..
- You will support to ensure that departments have procedures in place and that they have a process in place to ensure that they conform to their procedures.
- You will learn to identify any organizational or procedure weakness and work with the relevant manager to remedy.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in HSE/ Environment, Business Administration or equivalent field.
- Able to set priorities and work independently, good communication.
- Good team playing spirit, Interpersonal skills and result oriented.
- Good spoken and written English.
