How will you make an impact

• You will support recruitment activities for operator hiring, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• You will assist with onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
• You will coordinate HR events, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• You will maintain and organize HR records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• You will provide administrative support to the HR team for daily operations and ongoing projects.
• You will collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to enhance employee experience and support business objectives.

Your Background

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and eagerness to learn about recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
