HR Flying Team Member: HR Specialist with German

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced, self-starter HR Specialist to join our emerging HR Operations Flying Team.

This position entails involvement in the growth of our HR Services Center, engaging in diverse HR initiatives and scope enhancements. Requires comfort in working in a dynamic environment, in an expanding organization, and willingness to learn and increase knowledge quickly (while working among different countries & scopes).

We offer a Temporary Contract with an option of extension, depending on the company needs.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Maintenance employee data in various HR systems, including HR data analysis & reporting (standard and on-demand)
  • Administration mid to high-complexity processes in several HR systems for various European countries (including DACH, but also others)
  • Solving tickets in HR topics such as salary, benefits and time management, employee lifecycle and other
  • Engagement in various HR Processes modeling, transition and/or delivery, depending on the current emerging need.
  • Contribution to projects in HR area in a dynamic environment
  • Dealing with a variety of processes to understand and maintain in a brief time.

Your Background:

  • Previous work in HR Operations, using various HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP/Global View, Time management systems) and using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Experience with HR tools vendors collaboration (e.g., ADP) or IT department collaboration
  • Excellent time management and fluency in switching between tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in reading and preparing process documentation.
  • Experience in the reporting field, process transition and/or projects
  • Very Good command of English
  • Good / Very Good knowledge of German will be an additional asset.
  • MS Office including Excel skills on Intermediate level,
  • Excellent collaborator with effective communication and analytical skills
