How you'll make an impact
- Analyze global markets, customer segments, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, and industry trends to uncover actionable business insights.
- Identify growth opportunities, market risks, and evolving demand patterns that shape strategic business decisions.
- Develop robust market forecasts using consistent methodologies, validated assumptions, and high-quality data sources.
- Support scenario planning and evaluate potential business implications across multiple market and economic environments.
- Translate complex market intelligence into clear, compelling recommendations for business and executive stakeholders.
- Contribute strategic insights that inform Integrated Growth Planning and long-term growth initiatives.
- Create impactful dashboards, reports, and executive-ready presentations that support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure market intelligence is accurate, transparent, traceable, and aligned with governance standards.
- Partner with business and regional teams to validate assumptions, challenge perspectives, and strengthen market understanding.
- Advance market intelligence capabilities by leveraging analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve research efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making effectiveness.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in market intelligence, market research, strategy, business analysis, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and convert data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience building market forecasts, conducting trend analysis, and developing evidence-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI; familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and communicate key findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Curiosity about market dynamics, emerging technologies, and industry trends, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience leveraging analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to enhance research, forecasting, and decision-making processes is desirable

- Starting from: 38,000 € gross annual
