Global Manager - HVDC Service
The opportunity

We are looking for a Global Manager for our team in Ludvika, Sweden. In this role, you will lead a global team and be responsible for how we handle service & warranty issues across our installed base. You will ensure that we deliver on commitments, resolve issues efficiently, and build a structure that can support a growing global business. Personal qualities will be an important factor in the recruitment process.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead an experienced global engineering team with full personnel responsibility
- Take ownership of control & protection warranty issues
- Secure base order bids and deliveries up to several MUSD
- Identify sales opportunities and conduct site visits
- Ensure efficient transfer of knowledge in a rapidly growing team
Your background
- Extensive experience from technical roles within service, operations, construction and/or commissioning
- Proven leadership experience with personnel responsibility
- Experience of working closely with customers in complex technical deliveries
- The ability to manage multiple topics and prioritize in a global environment
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Knowledge of commercial and legal conditions in delivery projects

More About Us
This role is based in Ludvika, Sweden, and requires frequent presence at the office due to the nature of the role.
