How You'll Make an Impact
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variances.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform SIE/BIE reconciliation.
- Investigate and eliminate IG mismatches for Norway, Finland, Great Britain, and Ireland.
- Collaborate with business units and finance teams to align accounting policies and ensure accurate reporting.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations and prepare financial statements.
- Investigate and reconcile accounts to maintain data integrity.
- Participate in internal control testing and provide supporting documentation.
- Contribute to international projects and workgroups related to general accounting.
Your Background
- University degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
