The Opportunity
Manages or performs procurement and supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods, or products for resale, including two or more of the following: Procurement. Demand/Inventory/Production Planning & Control. Warehousing, Distribution & Transportation.
How you'll make an impact
- Contact with international suppliers. Coordinate 100% of raw material and material shipments via SAP TM, adhering to On-Time Pick-Up and On-Time Delivery KPIs for air, land, and sea freight.
- Knowledge of Incoterms is desirable.
- Control and submit documentation to the customs broker in a timely manner to ensure accurate declarations without delays or additional costs.
- Coordinate domestic logistics to ensure materials are delivered to the warehouse or customer. Manage material transfers between warehouses and deliveries to project sites. Coordinate loading, unloading, and obtaining necessary permits. 100% SAP TM coordination.
- Manage and control service provider invoices. 100% Freight Settlement in SAP.
- Prepare and share the corresponding documentation for each transaction with the finance team to manage payments or collections from abroad, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations. 6. Submit monthly reports on raw material import and export operations, including savings generated, to provide the necessary information for the preparation of the global reports required by the Group.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Academic background in logistics, Technician/Technologist
- Two years of experience in related functions
- SAP knowledge
- Intermediate English
- Availability to work in Barracas, living in AMBA
