How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for controlling processes, including cost control, R&D controlling, financial analysis, and operational reporting.
• Perform detailed financial and operational analyses to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality financial data through robust reconciliations, validations, and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Partner with business functions including project execution, supply chain, procurement, and shared services to resolve financial and operational issues effectively.
• Provide expertise on SAP and ERP-based financial processes, supporting transactional accuracy, reporting quality, and process adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, reporting automation, operational efficiency, and enhanced financial controls.
• Prepare and validate financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support managers with timely, data-driven financial insights that enable effective operational decision-making.
• Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, safety, and continuous improvement across all financial activities.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance Operations, or a similar finance function within a multinational environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA and ERP-based financial controlling processes.
• Proven experience managing financial closing activities, operational reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex responsibilities independently and drive execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or finance transformation initiatives is highly valued.
