The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you'll make an impact

1. Your prime responsibility to carry out Financial Analysis support Business controller in decision making process, Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.

2. You work with common share service finance team to maintain company financial reporting to in line with PRC GAAP and IFRS, internal controls and compliance.

3. You build rapport in the communication with stake holders and support Factory controllers for Financial KPIs also implementation of Financial projects across Factories in line with global requirements.

4. You will monitor all financial aspects & cost effectiveness and provide insight and analysis also assess business risk exposure and define risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree, major in accounting, experience in accounting and controlling or similar tasks as well as knowledge of internal control.

2. Required with 3-5 years' experience smart hands on experience in MS Office and ERP (ideally with SAP).

3. A good understanding of financial accounting processes and the ability to take initiative and to take ownership of tasks.

4. A precise, systematic and persistent way of working on assignments, even under tight schedules, an analytical, enthusiastic to learn and positive approach to working.

5. The ability to work both independently and in a team, good at communication, self-motivated on learning and problem solving.

6. Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
