Supporting the One Hitachi Initiative, executing services or technical activities on site based on technical standards and customer requirements to deliver equipment, parts and services to full customer satisfaction
How you'll make an impact
- Execute the technical and/or administrative activities and organize the resources on site for the execution of the scope of the service included in the contract.
- Elaborate the technical analysis to identify the needs and offer solutions to the customer through the Proposals / Sales department.
- Prepare the technical reports of the services performed in order to notify the conditions in which the intervened equipment is delivered.
- Attend certification courses associated with your career plan in order to contribute to the growth of the business.
- To support with technical information, definition of spare parts and description of activities in the attention of warranty issues in order to ensure a timely and technically correct response.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
- Required Safety and Equipment Trainings
- English Speaking Required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience is required working within the field service, or high voltage equipment (voltages from 69kV to 550kV).
- Must know and understand safety procedures for working in energized, high voltage equipment and substations.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in an electrical or mechanical related field, however combination of education and directly applicable experience will be considered, including a total of 3 years of High Voltage Substations and equipment at field assignments supervising erection and testing.
- The candidate shall also be able to read and understand documents such as contracts and specifications; read, understand and interpret installation drawings, electrical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to communicate articulately verbally and in writing.
- The candidate shall be computer proficient; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel; able to use Outlook e-mail software, SharePoint and MS Project; able to prepare neat and readable reports, spreadsheets and other documents.
