Factory Planning Manager
The opportunity:
Lead the efforts in site planning process such as Demand Planning, Sales & Operation Planning, Master Planning, detailed Scheduling, and Materials Planning. Contributes or leads initiatives to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy. Manage inventory levels, including contract assets, and ensure adherence to supply plan in the pursue of the optimal capacity utilization (manned and installed). Serve as the first escalation point for issues related to operative buying, resolving matters within the Planning & Fulfillment scope before involving strategic sourcing. Maintain ultimate accountability and approval authority, ensuring team operations meet PG, BU, and HUB standards and procedures.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Manage processes to reduce excess and obsolete inventory, ensure timely and accurate order completion using the sales and operations execution (S&OE) processes, identify and implement improvements to enhance order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- You will Manage activities that support Strategic Sourcing with the TT&L team, ensuring execution of urgent spot quotes and validating requirements. Oversee the global and regional RFQ process for goods and services, confirm factory demands, and maintain compliance, support Transport Management by ensuring accurate outbound delivery notes and documentation for heavy lift and parcel orders.

- You will track and analyze key performance metrics related to supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning and fulfillment operations, leveraging technological advancements such as ERP systems to enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and improve resource allocation. Implement best practices to optimize inventory management, reduce operational costs, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- You will develop and oversee the warehouse budget and implement cost optimization strategies, drive performance improvements and ensure timely product deliveries, and internal logistic flow to production while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and operations planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.
