How you'll make an impact:

• You design, implement and maintain an advanced configuration management.
• You establish and manage the organizational structure of the department to ensure that the available resources are used efficiently. You always ensure that the delivery is on time and meets the requirements.
• You push continuous improvement processes and can inspire your team for changes. Close cooperation with the adjacent areas such as product management, development, product marketing, quality, purchasing and production as well as key suppliers and service providers are self-evident for you.
• As a competent contact person, you will support our customers and internal interfaces with technical clarification.
• Your solution orientation and your analytical skills help you to continuously increase the efficiency of design processes.
• Your area of responsibility also includes the planning, controlling and implementation of strategic projects as well as the implementation of new guidelines and specifications.
• As an experienced manager, you set your employees clear goals based on the plant and global product group strategy and motivate them to achieve these goals. To do this, you will continuously develop the skills of your team in accordance with the HR management tools.
• You will be part of a global organization (EUC HUB) and you need to establish a close cooperation with other teams, being a supportive and active contributor for the standardization inside the organization.

• A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Knowledge of variant management including modularization, standardization and series production of assemblies.
• Experience in the field of energy technology.
• Experience in a management position and personal strengths in leading and motivating people and making change happen.
• You are familiar with working in an international environment.
• Fluent Polish and English.
