Factory Controller (f/m/d)

For our Prague office, we are looking for an experienced Production Controller with a solid manufacturing background, hands-on experience with SAP, and active English skills. If you enjoy diving into numbers, understanding how production works, and partnering closely with the business, this role is exactly for you.

As a key member of our Semiconductor team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe and contribute to shaping financial processes that support our long-term growth.

What You Will Do

• Prepare financial analyses and reports from a management accounting perspective.
• Participate in monthly closing activities and internal reporting.
• Create and monitor product and cost calculations.
• Prepare sales analyses focusing on volumes, prices, variances, and plan vs. actual results.
• Analyze production costs, material consumption variances, and manufacturing order deviations.
• Evaluate production centers, including cost coverage, over/under absorption, and performance indicators.
• Contribute to the creation of the company's financial plan and forecasts.
• Plan and monitor cost centers, cooperating directly with center managers and providing recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production controlling.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and cost calculations (unit costing).
• Excellent Excel skills (vlookup, sumifs, concatenate, ifna, pivot tables...).
• Communicative knowledge of English and Czech.
• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset, a proactive and positive attitude, and a collaborative approach.
