Facility, CAPEX Construction Category Manager

The opportunity
You will join a strategic procurement team focused on large-scale CAPEX construction projects. You will lead sourcing activities, manage suppliers, and support the delivery of complex infrastructure and facility initiatives.

You will work closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams. You will contribute directly to cost optimization, supplier performance, and project delivery.

This role offers strong exposure to high-impact projects and global stakeholders. You will develop expertise in construction categories, contract management, and strategic sourcing within a fast-paced environment.

How you'll make an impact

• You conduct market analysis to identify suppliers and industry trends.
• You lead end-to-end sourcing processes for CAPEX projects.
• You manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution.
• You support budget planning, cost tracking, and savings forecasts.
• You implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• You manage supplier performance, quality, and delivery risks.
• You ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company standards.
• You adapt contracts and sourcing approaches to local needs.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience in CAPEX construction procurement.
• You have experience managing construction or technical contracts.
• You have strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• You have experience with budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
• You are fluent in English.
