Executive Diploma Trainee
Responsible for monitoring the assembly/ manufacturing line activities of the company, supporting the Assemblers in meeting the project specifications with the objective of completing the production plan in accordance to the work instructions and guidelines received, complying with all company policies, including but not limited to Health and Safety, typically acting as an intermediary between the production assistant and the specialized staff.
Key areas of responsibilities:
Accompanying/ following more experienced staff in a variety of assembly and disassembly activities and steps.
Providing support in a production area, meeting the Assembler's demands in executing simple tasks and observing operation routines in according to production orders.
Complying with the requirements and procedures for quality and safety at work in accordance to the given specifications
Ensuring that the work area remains clean and tidy, free from all preventable hazards
An Experienced Para-Professional (S2) requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency:
Works under moderate supervision.
Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
