The opportunity:
Provide high-quality administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Head of CP&O & Deputy CFO. Ensure effective coordination, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions while enabling efficient execution of executive priorities across the organization.
How you'll make an impact:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong ownership mindset regarding agenda, schedule, and stakeholder interactions.
- Broad experience in the Executive Assistant or administrative discipline, typically obtained through advanced.
- Obtain, organize, and prepare information for conferences, speeches, reports, and presentations as requested by the executive.
- Edit, proofread, format, and design documents, support document production and form completion.
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of executive-level materials.
- Own and manage the executive's agenda, ensuring optimal time allocation, prioritization, and preparedness.
- Oversee access to the executive and act as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Receive, screen, and relay telephone and email messages from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage, filter, and prioritize communication to support efficient decision-making.
- Ensure timely escalation and follow-up on critical items requiring executive attention. Navigate and support internal processes such as financial workflows, authorization procedures, and internal controls.
- Apply functional understanding to anticipate needs and ensure process compliance.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong sense of initiative with an ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
- Should have master's or bachelor's degree in any stream
- Must have 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to interact across levels.
- Apply functional understanding to anticipate needs and ensure process compliance.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong sense of initiative with an ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the executive with professionalism.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
