In this exciting position, you will combine commercial insight, analytical thinking, and collaboration to develop high-quality proposals that stand out in the marketplace. Working closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams, you will transform customer requirements into compelling bids that deliver value and strengthen our market presence.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

No two days are the same. From evaluating tender requirements and developing pricing strategies to coordinating cross-functional contributions and engaging with customers, you will help ensure every proposal is accurate, compliant, and impactful. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance tendering processes and support operational excellence.

• Review tender documents and identify customer requirements, scope, and expectations.
• Develop accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis and market benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational inputs.
• Manage tender schedules and coordinate activities to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Maintain compliant documentation and perform quality reviews throughout the proposal process.
• Build positive customer relationships by clarifying requirements and supporting a seamless bid experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and market data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tendering or CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
