In this role, you will help define technology strategy, drive engineering best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into impactful technical solutions while supporting the growth and development of engineering talent.

How you'll make an impact
- Define and execute engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design through production.
- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve successful outcomes.
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality software products.
- Represent the engineering organization in technical discussions with key stakeholders.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
- Proven experience delivering complex software projects from concept to production.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
