Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you'll make an impact

1. You will acquire basic understanding of customers' common products, technologies and process also be responsible for development of various application oil-immersed distribution transformer - order and tender designs in coordination with the Market and Sales Strategy to meet the market needs.

2. You will be responsible for optimization of solution, standard layout for tendering projects and participate in the internal and external design concept reviews, DFMEA and design development procedure applied on special application products. Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.

3. You will apply knowledge of relevant processes and tools to deliver agreed results within set deadlines and reports processes and tools inefficiencies and suggests improvements ideas, Documents and handles technical risks by following mitigation guidelines.

4. You will escalate potential new risks to management.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical engineering.

2. Proficient in the office software Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
3. Advantage if, experience in distribution transformer design, familiar with AutoCAD tool, simulation tools usage such as Ansys, ABAQUS, COMSOL, Knowledge of SAP are preferred.

4. Skills: High sense of confidentiality. Open-minded, hardworking, studious and have the required quality and safety environmental awareness.
