Electrical Design Manager

How You'll Make an Impact

• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of electrical designs.
• Lead design reviews for special projects and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor team performance and prepare efficiency and quality reports.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Drive initiatives to improve output and enhance design processes.
• Support manufacturing operations and provide technical expertise.
• Promote the use of ITM tools for process improvements and problem resolution.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical design and leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multicultural teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of transformer design and failure resolution preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Creo, and programming (SQL, Power BI).
