Documentation Specialist

How you'll make an impact

• You will develop, write, and edit a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, service manuals, specifications, and internal process documentation.
• You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the technical accuracy of documentation.
• You will translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language for various audiences.
• You will maintain document control systems, ensuring proper versioning, archiving, and accessibility of all documentation.
• You will implement and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
• You will review and update existing documentation to reflect product changes, new features, or process improvements, and utilize various authoring tools, content management systems as needed.
• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in technical writing or documentation within a manufacturing or technology environment, preferably in the energy sector.
• Experience with version control systems and document lifecycle management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to technical documentation is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
