Customer Support Specialist
Join our team and play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth order execution in an international business environment.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Support internal and external customers and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide updates on order and request status.
- Coordinate procurement activities and support import/export processes.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and business analyses.
- Monitor task performance and support continuous process improvement.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, order management, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of English and Romanian (verbal and written).
- SAP (MM/SD) and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
