Controlling and Planning Specialist

In this role, you will manage and analyze day-to-day finance activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls.

How you'll make an impact

• Manage day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and internal standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, forecasts, and regulatory reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, inventory analysis, and cash flow planning.
• Analyze revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to support planning.
• Advise managers on financial matters and support business decision-making.
• Ensure tax returns, declarations, and required reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure high-quality service.
• Lead projects or processes and support the development of junior finance professionals.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in finance management, financial analysis, accounting, controlling, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, and accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide clear recommendations.
• Experience managing projects or processes independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Ability to coach or review the work of junior professionals.
• Advanced English skills, both written and conversational.
