Construction Manager - GPQSS

As a Construction Project Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating project plans into on-site execution. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to proactively manage schedules, costs, and quality. This role provides meaningful ownership, real decision-making authority, and the chance to influence outcomes on high-impact energy infrastructure projects.

How you'll make an impact

• Manage construction projects from tender handover through site completion
• Review estimates, schedules, and RFQ packages to support effective execution
• Lead pre-mobilization planning and site readiness activities
• Support site managers through kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination
• Oversee change order tracking, validation, and documentation
• Ensure quality activities, as-builts, and ITPs are completed and recorded
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain cost and scope alignment
• Conduct site visits and provide hands-on construction support as needed

• Experience managing construction or site-based projects
• Knowledge of subcontracting, change management, and site coordination
• Ability to work across schedules, drawings, and contract documentation
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
• Comfort working in active construction environments
• Willingness to complete internal site management certification
