Communications Specialist

The opportunity

Join our Communications team and play a key role in keeping our organization informed, engaged, and aligned. You will support the execution of internal communications initiatives at the local and regional level - working at the intersection of content, culture, and strategy.

You will collaborate with HR, Business Units, and Corporate functions, gaining broad exposure to the business and building a strong foundation in internal communications.

How you'll make an impact

• Support the implementation of internal communications plans at the regional and global level.
• Draft and edit communications materials: newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, and email announcements.
• Manage and keep internal communication channels up to date (intranet, digital screens, collaboration platforms).
• Coordinate logistics and content for internal events such as town halls and leadership meetings.
• Ensure all messages are consistent with corporate guidelines and brand standards.
• Track engagement metrics and support reporting on internal communications performance.
• Collaborate with HR and Business Units to effectively cascade key messages.
• Support change communication initiatives when needed.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate or internal communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive, service-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and a digital-first approach.
