Buyer Intern

The opportunity

We invite you to apply for a 6-month paid internship within our Supply Chain team in our Shared Service Center.

In this role, you will support invoice- and purchasing-related activities, work with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience in supply chain processes within an international environment.

You will be involved in resolving invoice-related issues, maintaining accurate system data, supporting purchase order processes, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities. The role offers a structured learning environment where you can develop your organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills while contributing to real business operations.

How you'll make an impact

• You support invoice-related activities, including investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and inquiries
• You communicate with suppliers and stakeholders regarding invoices, purchase orders, and related requests
• You support purchasing activities and supply chain buyers in their daily operations
• You maintain accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail in daily tasks
• You take responsibility for your work while supporting your team

• You are studying or have a background in accounting, finance, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
• You have experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• You work accurately and pay attention to detail
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with others
• You are motivated to learn and develop in a structured environment
