How you'll make an impact

1. You will work cross-functionally with operations, sales, services and quality to conduct supplier RFI,RFP,RFQ, delivery and quality management, price negotiation, deal with daily sourcing project request efficiently, contract management as local category buyer.

2. You will cooperate with SQE/Technical team to manage and improve supplier key quality issue performance, manage and achieve supplier KPI target from supply chain management, OTD/OQD/Cost Saving/Cost Avoidance/Payment Terms/Claiming, etc.

3. You will identify and drive 2nd source project among R&D, technical, quality and suppliers, well organized and coordinated ability also develop fulfilment strategies with key suppliers to drive supplier fulfilment excellence and achieve in-stock, inventory excellence and supply chain efficiency.

4. You will work with category managers to initiate supplier sourcing, qualification, and creation, PPAP, Supplier Performance Evaluation, annual bidding.

5. You will deal with escalated and urgent supplier delivery/quality/service issues also prepare and present reports on sourcing performance, cost savings, PPAP project status and market trends to senior management.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economic, Mathematics or Engineering related.

2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with cross functional team.

3. At least 3 years experience in cross-function work and project management, shows a good supervisory and resilient competence with focusing on target oriented.

4. Strong understanding and learning ability of product related technical, quality and commercial knowledges.
